Sticky Posts<\/strong> is a feature that places a post at the top of the front page of posts, keeping it there until new sticky posts are published.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: Sticky Post is\u00a0only available for the built-in post type post<\/a>\u00a0and not for custom post types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to stick a post<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. Select the post you want to stick from Administration Screens > Posts > All Posts<\/strong>. Or, create new post from Administration Screens > Posts > Add New<\/strong>.<\/li>
  2. Select Document<\/strong> tab of the right side bar.<\/li>
  3. Select Stick to the Front Page<\/strong>.<\/li>

    How to stick a post in Classic Editor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you are a user of WordPress Version 3.x or 4.x, or Classic Editor, then follow below steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Select the post you want to stick from Administration Screens > Posts > All Posts<\/strong>. Or, create new post from Administration Screens > Posts > Add New<\/strong>.<\/li>
    2. Click Edit<\/strong> of Visibility in the right side bar.<\/li>
    3. Select Stick this post to the front page<\/strong>.<\/li>
    4. Click OK<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
