It’s taking us a lot of time to work around them, and some of the functions simply don’t work properly. For example, the “badgeos_revoke_achievement_from_user” function is not functioning as expected, and some metadata, such as “_badgeos_achievements,” is also not working properly. We have encountered other issues as well. Furthermore, the support team has not been responding to our inquiries. If you are a developer you have the total freedom to customize it thouugh extensive APIs, otherwise you can achieve a good level of tailoring using a vaste collection of add-ons.
