## Installation

 1. Upload the plugin folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu
 3. Create a new “GP Hook” post and assign its hook location and visibility
 4. Optionally, center your primary nav from the Customizer
