I had some difficulties from switching free to the pro version. It didn’t work at first but that was a cache issue. The next day it was working just fine! I had a few “careless user” errors which were quickly responded to by the Huge-It support staff. So, I browsed through what was in their upgrade package and I liked several of the items they included in that so I upgraded to the Pro package. Never a regret. This is one great package. It has an incredible feature list, great documentation and good support. It is literally “Huge”. And you don’t have a way to verify that the customisation you need will be available in full version, until you buy it. After which you can’t get a refund. And no response to messages asking for support.
