Not sure If this Plugin is still active. Their last blog post is over a year ago.
I come close to paying the $10 to add https://www.excellentcreditcardoffers.com 
to make it easier to find sites I couple buy or swap sponsored posts. Their payment
page looks fishy. No indication on who their credit card processor is and page in
not secured by https.
