The completed data can be downloaded in Excel format. For PDF generation, the plugin uses the mPDF package. For adjusting the forms, at least HTML knowledge and HTML editing is required! The changed setting files are to be placed in the server.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<h4>GDPR \u2013 Data Protection<\/h4>\n\n<p>It\u2019s the administrator\u2019s responsibility to insure the right to use the data from the form, even through the form itself.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Main functions<\/h3>\n\n<ul>\n<li><p><strong>Form generation<\/strong>\nYou can easily create custom forms with built-in types and templates.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p><strong>Email notifications<\/strong> <em>(optional)<\/em>\nYou can receive an e-mail notification about the completed forms, which may also contain the form data, depending on the settings.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p><strong>Generate a PDF document<\/strong> <em>(optional)<\/em>\nUsing the data provided in the form, you can generate a PDF document that can be saved to the server and \/ or displayed in the user's browser.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p><strong>Support save to Custom Post Type or other<\/strong> \nThe plugin allows you to override the way data is saved. If save form data is turned on, it saves the data to its own database by default. (In the latter case, you will need an API key.)<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>Usage in 4 simple steps<\/h3>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Defining the form<\/li>\n<li>Defining the content of the notifier email<\/li>\n<li>Defining the PDF document<\/li>\n<li>Attach to the content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>Defining the form<\/h4>\n\n<p>The form itself is stored by a simple HTML file in the folder specified through the settings, where the &lsaquo;form_name&rsaquo;.html file is to be the displayed form. (It can include every HTML forming and javascript codes.) The input fields can be defined in the <a href=\"http:\/\/wpdemo.dovi42.hu\/usable-data-types\/\">data types page<\/a> as shown and can be formed in the <a href=\"http:\/\/wpdemo.dovi42.hu\/data-fields-parameters\/\">data parameters page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Defining the content of the notifier email<\/h4>\n\n<p>The plugin sends a notification to every administrator of the site of the filled out form, if the plugin is set that way. (This is the default.) This email\u2019s content can be individually set and can include the data shown on the form. This definition file must be created under the name &lsaquo;form_name&rsaquo;.email.html.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Defining the PDF document<\/h4>\n\n<p>The plugin uses an HTML sample to convert the given data in the form into a PDF and displays it to the user filling the form out in a browser window. (Optional, this is the default.) The PDF document\u2019s content can be varying from here. This PDF definition file, with the HTML format must be created under the name &lsaquo;form_name&rsaquo;.pdf.html.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Attach to the content<\/h4>\n\n<p>Attach the reference of the form into the content to the correct location with the help of the code below:\n&#091;form-to-pdf form=\"&lsaquo;form_name&rsaquo;\"&#093;<\/p>\n\n<p>You can choose three types of built-in code for the display during the generation of the form: HTML5, Bootstrap 3, Bootstrap 4. Besides this, you can create your own display style to the form-to-pdf\/templates folder in the site theme\u2019s folder, where the plugin searches in different folders. (You can create multiple samples.)<\/p>\n\n<p>You can choose between the samples in the global options, or during the attachment to the form content.
