Really simple WordPress widget that displays Instagram photos. \nUses the Instagram jQuery Plugin<\/a> from potomak<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n

  1. Install\/activate the widget on WordPress.<\/li>\n
  2. Register your Instagram application at the Instagram Developer site<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Insert your Client ID at Settings->Simple Instagram Widget<\/li>\n
  4. Add widget to desired widget area.<\/li>\n
  5. Choose whether you'd like to display by username or by hashtag.<\/li>\n
  6. Insert the Instagram Username of the user who's photos you'd like to display. - or - <\/li>\n
  7. Insert the hashtag of the search for photos you'd like to make.<\/li>\n
  8. Insert the number of how many photos you'd like to show. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    The plugin comes with very little styling. You can override and style as needed in your theme stylesheet.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Important Update!\nThis plugin no longer supplies an Instagram Client ID. You must supply your own and insert at Settings -> Simple Instagram Widget.\nClient ID can be found by registering an application on the Instagram Developer site<\/a>\nIf you do not create and insert an Instagram Client ID, the plugin will no longer work.<\/p>\n\n
