This plug-in serves one purpose and that is to tweet published posts. It doesn't do anything other then tweet. It tweets in this format: [your message] [post title] [short url].<\/p>\n\n

On the options page you will have to enter your twitter username and password. You can also configure your message there.<\/p>\n\n

If you try to publish a bunch of posts quickly Bird Feeder url shortening service will not handle them and result un-expected tweets. Your mileage may vary. Don't spam.<\/p>\n\n

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.<\/p>\n\n

  1. Extract bird-feeder.zip to \/wp-content\/plugins\/bird-feeder\/<\/code> directory.<\/li>\n
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.<\/li>\n
  3. Setup your twitter account on the options page.<\/li>\n
  4. Publish a post!<\/li>\n
  5. See tweet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
