Galtlinedesign?s free Zillow Valuation plugin for Wordpress is built on Zillow?s API that allows sold homes to be returned based on a user?s address. In addition two graphs are provided showing market trends in both zip code and city. Agents have the ability to return up to 25 comparable properties and the CSS is provided allowing the agent to customize the look and feel of the plugin. Zillow API and Google Maps API key must be provided. Agents can get both of these free by going to Zillow.com & Google.com<\/p>\n\n\n

  1. Extract the Galtline_Zillow.zip<\/code> to your local system prior to upload.<\/li>\n
  2. Upload Galtline_Zillow<\/code> folder to the \/wp-content\/plugins\/<\/code> directory<\/li>\n
  3. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugin Panel' in WordPress<\/li>\n
  4. While in the WordPress admin panel, simply navigate to the Galtline Zillow by clicking on the tab for \"SETTINGS\".<\/li>\n

    5. Even if i set the number of properties to 20, i don't always get 20 properties in the search results? \nYou can set the number of properties between 1 and 25. However the max number\nOf properties return from Zillow is 25. Some of your comparable address will not have 25 results.<\/li>\n
    6. Can I remove the Zillow logo? \n*Zillow requires linking and logo display - DO NOT REMOVE<\/li>\n
    7. How can i edit the css ?\n*There are two external css files in the css folder. They are called zillow.css, and zillow-admin.css\nzillow.css is for front-end, zillow-admin.css is for the backend.<\/li>\n
