The Village Voice was founded by Dan Wolf, Ed Fancher, and Norman Mailer in 1955 as “the nation’s first alternative newsweekly.” Winner of multiple Pulitzer Prizes, the Village Voice continues to publish and advocate for free-form, high-spirited, and passionate journalism. 

A contemporary news design connects the digital version of the Village Voice to its print roots. Using WordPress as its platform allows the Voice to manage its content easily while providing its readers with an exceptional user experience.
