    Hi,

    After upgrading to the latest version and authenticating again with the existing google account details, I seem to have an issue I can see the dashboard once then any further visit back to the dashboard just sit doing nothing with the report refresh churning over and over.

    Then when I go to any other sub menu item I get a response message saying I have to resolve and re authenticate with monster insights again so I do this and login with the gmail account I use and I and faced with a set of permission requests to be authorised which I have done previously.
    This then lets me see the dashboard one more time before breaking again and then end up going through the same cycle again as above..

    Any thoughts?

    If you haven’t already get in touch with us at monsterinsights.com/lite-support/. We’ve got quite a lot of people and we haven’t gotten any other reports of this so it’s likely some sort of settings issue, but we should be able to sort this out pretty quickly for you

    Hi Chris thanks for the response as I am aware you must have a sea of requests and support issue to handle.

    I have already completed the task you have suggested, I think it best I list a my plugins for your attention on the new support ticket generated on your website.

    Hi there,
    Not a problem at all. We’ve actually only gotten a handful of tickets so far since launch, we’re not really far over our average pace. It seems Jay is handling your ticket, so he’ll likely have an update for you when he returns in the morning
