Problem with Theme Woodmart

Hello, I have a problem with the Stripe plugin and my theme woodmart

When I activate the Stripe plugin all the variable articles, they do not show the photos of the variables nor is it possible to select the variables.

When I deactivate everything returns to normal operation.

I’m not a programmer so I do not know how to do it to give them some more information that is useful.

How do you know its a problem with the theme? Perhaps you don’t have SSL on your site? Stripe requires SSL.

Hi Royho, thanks for fast reply.

I have SSL and when i test stripe i can make all the process.

But when i have a activated the stripe plugin i can select the variable products.

If you like i can send the user and pass to enter to my site to ckeck.

i try with the storefront and it happens to me exactly the same does not show me the variations.

Now I deactivate the stripe plugin and it works perfectly

If you want I can deactivate everything and leave only the theme and stripe plugins and see what happens.

But at this moment I have all the active mens stripe plugins and the page works well.

Yes please update WC and Stripe to latest version. Install latest Storefront. Turn all other plugins off and leave a link. I can take a look for you.

Best to put it on staging site that is publicly accessible so we can see without password. Perhaps that is causing the issue as well as Stripe sometimes needs to communicate to your site.

Now deactivate everything, only the woocommerce plugin is active and stripe all updated to the latest version.

It still worked badly

Please remove the login. The issue is you need to set currency to one of these AT, AU, BE, BR, CA, CH, DE, DK, EE, ES, FI, FR, GB, HK, IE, IN, IT, JP, LT, LU, LV, MX, NL, NZ, NO, PH, PL, PT, RO, SE, SG, SK, US

Thank you, there first change the currency and nothing happened.
Then change the country and there if it worked.

I ask you a question but I have my store in Argentina, this is a plugin error that is not well configured with some countries or because it happens that with some countries works well and with another evil ????

Sorry not sure what you mean. This is set according to Stripe, not our plugin issue.
