• Hi there,
    It looks like this plugin is exactly what I need for my site, however, whenever I run the import, I can then not access the login page.

    website…/wp-login.php creates a redirect loop and fails and takes me to wp-login.php?result=failed.

    This is really strange and I’ve never seen this before.

    Any ideas what this could be would be hugely appreciated!
    Regards,
    Karl

    Please note that my CSV has the columns:
    username,email,first-name,last-name,password,x-company
    And the username and email are always the same value.

    Don’t know if that could be where my problem lies…

    @cooperk937,

    This is really strange. Have you tried to deactivate this plugin to see if the problem is raised by this one?

    I’m having the same issue. The fields in my import file are: username, email and balance. In my case, I’m not re-importing the password as I don’t mean to update it. However, it seems it changes after the update because all of the users get a “wrong password” error when trying to login.

    @tati1111,

    As you can read in the documentation, if you want to not update the passwords:

    If you don’t create a column for passwords: passwords will be generated automatically
    If you create a column for passwords: if cell is empty, password won’t be updated; if cell has a value, it will be used

    Sorry, I hadn’t seen that. The plugin is amazing. Thanks for all.
