Due to multiple requests, we changed it to a more subtle notification bar asking for the new consent. You can test this by updating your policy and then asking for new consent from the warning.
After updating, some folks that liked this screen instead of the new notification bar requested that we added it back.
We will add it back in the near future and give users the option to use the one they prefer.
Yes, please, add it back. With the new version you can have users logged in and navigating the site without accepting the new policy.

We are in the process of updating our readme file and screenshots.
That is the old privacy policy notification. That one does not exist anymore. The modal option is that one but with a different design.
