I am continuously facing this error “Error establishing a database connection”.

Make sure WAMP is running, check file wp-config.php in your root folder to make sure database name, username and password are correct.

What is the operating system? Is it on Windows 7, 8, 10? Does the MySQL process stop running or is it always on?
