There are some errors in 5.103 release. Please uninstall the plugin, delete its folder (websiteROOT/wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect) and install the previous 5.102:

I was trying to Delete a member from the User table of our WordPress site and I kept getting the same error

HTTP ERROR 500
After Going through every plugin individually, I was able to find out that it was the Anti-Spam by CleanTalk – Version 5.104
That is causing the Issue
When I deactivate the plugin I am able to delete the User
