Customize cookie bar Message not saving

    Hi,

    I am saving multi language message in the ‘Customize cookie bar – Message’ section. I am seperating multiple language text like [:en] text [:] [:de] test [:]. This text is saving initially, but it is getting lost after some time.

    Please help me how to solve this issue

    I am using a free GDPR Cookie consent plugin. My Website is https://www.swiss-industrietor.ch/. The default language is German. We also have this site in English and French languages. In GDPR Cookie consent plugin, I have added Message in 3 different languages as like below:

    [:en]Our website uses cookies that help us to improve our website and to provide our customers with the best possible service. By clicking ‘Accept’, you agree to our cookie policy.
    [cookie_link] [cookie_button] [cookie_reject]

    [:de] Unsere Website verwendet Cookies, die uns helfen, unsere Website zu verbessern und unseren Kunden den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten. Indem Sie auf ‘Akzeptieren’ klicken, erklären Sie sich mit unseren Cookie-Richtlinien einverstanden.
    [cookie_link] [cookie_button] [cookie_reject]

    [:fr] Notre site Web utilise des cookies qui nous aident à améliorer notre site Web et à fournir à nos clients le meilleur service possible. En cliquant sur “Accepter”, vous acceptez notre politique en matière de cookies.

    And also, I have added multi-language for ‘Accept’ button as like in the above format and updated settings.

    After clicking on update settings button, all the data entered was lost. Only the default cookie consent message is showing up.

    Please help me to fix this issue.
