    Hi,

I’ve just started using this theme and I’m very impressed with the look and feel, but I have an issue with the mobile menu.

On a desktop the footer menu looks absolutely fine but on a mobile (phone) device the menus are permanently expanded, which makes the pages very long.

    Any ideas?

  • Hi there,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Could you send me the URL to your site so I’ll take a look into this?

    Kind regards

    Hi,

    The site address is http://www.arc-uk.net

It’s not happening on the front page, just on the other pages.

Do you mean the Pages and Archives list in the sidebar that are displaying below main content on mobile? See this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/m5gyro
If so, then you can display it as dropdown in Archives and Pages widgets as you can see here: http://prntscr.com/m5h2uy

That is what I mean but I don’t want it to appear at all, and don’t understand why it’s appearing on mobile and not desktop?

The sidebar is visible on the right side on desktop and at the bottom on mobile. If you want to remove the widgets from sidebar you need to navigate to Appearance → Widgets section and remove the widgets from one of the sidebar widgets: http://prntscr.com/m5hmr5

    Hi,

I checked that and I have no widgets in any of the sidebar or footer sections – nothing at all.

I tried adding my “main menu” to the footer and this made the problem go away. I have no idea why this worked.

I’m not sure but perhaps you have Demo content enabled under Appearance → Customize → General Setup section. If it is working then it’s fine. Please, make sure to mark this thread as resolved.

    Kind regards

Hi, demo is disabled, but I will mark as resolved. Many thanks for your patience.
