Excellent plugin, if it works

I love this plugin. When it works, it dramatically reduces image size without any perceptible quality loss. It’s fun to use due to its beautiful interface.

However, about a third of my images are not compressed at all – either it tells me “image is already optimized”, or there’s an error.

Support has not been helpful, they merely reccomended to re-upload the images which has not resolved the issue.
