Hi, We just released an update with translation support for these strings.
let mw know if you have any other issues
Please help us by giving good feedback to the plugin π
Eran.
Hi there,
I downloaded the most recent plugin version. But except for the “Track” link the strings enumerated by bilievesser still aren’t accessible for translation.
The plugin adds a table to the “Completed order”-mail with the following strings:
“Tracking Information” (this string is missing completely)
“Provider” (WITHOUT colon)
“Tracking Number” (WITHOUT colon)
“Date” (not “Date shipped:”)
Only the string “Track” works correct and is able to be translated. Would you be so kind and add translation support for the strings above. Many thanks! Besides that it’s the best tracking plugin I know π

Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin, I am working on new features for the plugin and I thank you for the support π
I just double checked all the strings in the email and order panel are translatable. I checked with Loco Translation and in the file for this plugin and sent myself test email with tracking and it seem that all string are translatable.
To which language are you trying to translate? let me know and I will add this language translation to the languages that the plugin supports.
Thanks
I can see that some strings have been added to the german files for instance, but the template (pot file) does not seem to have any additions. I can probably still make it work, although this is not the “correct” way to do things π
I would recommend you make the plugin compatible as per this page https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/projects/wp-plugins/woo-advanced-shipment-tracking (see notice “This plugin is not properly prepared for localization”)
This would make it very easy for anyone, developer or not, to help with translations, and you would probably get a lot of translations for free π
Thanks for a quick response and willingness to make quick updates. Five star review provided for you my friend!

Dear bilievesser
ALL the plugin strings are translatable, everyone including developer or non developer can use Loco Translation or other plugin to do that will find it easy to translate this plugin.
Unfortunately, I do not have the resources to translate it to all languages, I developed a free plugin, if you are interested to have it translated to your language, you can send me the language and we will add it in next releases.
Good day
zorem, I think you misunderstood me. I was merely suggesting a way to make it easier for other people to contribute with more localizations.
Nevertheless, I have managed to translate the plugin. Maybe with Loco, all strings are presented, but when using an editor like Poedit, many strings are missing from the pot file. The issue is solved by creating the new translation with the Italian language files as a starting point. Hopefully this might help others too.
Hi zorem,
I just synced the translation file and subsequently the previously missing strings have appeared. So the plugin seems to work flawlessly now, thanks! 5 stars from me, too.

Thanks! I checked again and indeed find some issue as bilievesser suggested, I am going through code to make the plugin fully compatible for localization
Would you guys let me know to which languages you translated? I will add support to the lenguage you translated?
bilievesser – i will add Italian as well
I will release this version in the next days, I also add UI improvements to the Shipment Providers
Thanks!
My translation is for Norwegian, but so far I only translated the strings that I needed (so the translation is maybe 30% complete if all strings are indeed still in use). I’m sorry for mentioning Italian, that was a quick assumption on my part. I based my translation on the “he_IL” po-files, and incorrectly assumed IL was Italy. Of course this file was βHebrew (Israel)β π
If you are interested, I’ll make a complete translation later in the week. Just let me know how to send you the files.
