Password Strength

    Hello support.
    When a user tries to reset their password they click on the forgot password link, enter their user ID or password and an email is sent with a link to a password reset page. I get the message below. I want to be control this strength. I am hosting at WPEngine. In a chat today I was told that WooCommerce is forcing this message. Is this accurate? Do you know how I can remove this constraint and let my chosen plugin control password strength?

    Hint: The password should be at least twelve characters long. To make it stronger, use upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols like ! ” ? $ % ^ & ).
