I’m trying to display a reCAPTCHA field I’ve added to my form on the front end using advanced forms. However, there seems to be an issue with that and I cannot get it to display properly.

I was surprised that there’s nothing mentioned in the documentation on how to get some sort of form spam security on advanced forms. Is there any undocumented way to do this?

I know a few people has had success with in the past and I’ve also tried it myself. Totally possible that something has changed recently though. Please confirm and I’ll look closer into it!

And how about honeypot support ? There is such a argument for acf_form. But can’t find one in arguments for advanced_form.

Honeypot is under development and will (hopefully) be included in the next release!

Sorry about the delay guys. My honeypot implementation is finally up on Github and you can download a copy from there to try it out. It should be enabled by default.

It will be included in the next release of course 🙂
