Access attributes in layout file

Unfortunately no, you cannot pass parameters to get_template_part(), so the shortcode attributes won’t be accessible in the template partial file.

Two ways you could get around this:

1. Instead of using a template partial, use a callback function (ex: https://gist.github.com/billerickson/ca93b193159f5d9069d4e4ce87c0bec3 )
2. In the be_dps_template_part() function, create your own global variable that holds the attributes (ex: https://gist.github.com/billerickson/1c46f775812304a67f21d4b8659148c1#file-functions-php-L18-L19 ) and then access the global variable within your template part.
