Is it a bug?

Hi,

I’m using Phlox free in a bilingual site with WPML as the translation plugin. I’ve added a secondary menu to the top header bar. In English, the items are beautifully spaced. In Arabic, items are not spaced to the extent that you can’t tell which item is which!

I’ve tried every single customization option but with no luck!. Is this a bug?
