Api key not connecting

    Hello MailChimp Help,

    My API key is not connecting from wordpress mailchimp plugin. Instead i am getting a blank screen and the attached message:
    See past in message below…

    I am running the latest plugin, php 7.17
    wordpress 5.1.1 and MySql 5.6.35

    owe, and i am also using Woocommerce

    My theme is not supported anymore but i have customized it to where it works for what i need and to use a new theme cannot be an option at this point.

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

    Here is the error message i am getting:

    @winstonian this error you’re reporting is actually coming from another plugin called “MC4WP”. Please reach out to the developer of that plugin for guidance.

    Yes. MC4WP is the plugin i mentioned in my issue. I am having trouble with the api key not connecting. I reached out to Mailchimp and was told to try this forum.

    @winstonian no worries at all. With the naming of each plugin being very similar, it’s very easy to get confused on all fronts and we apologize for the miscommunication there.

    Unfortunately you’ll still need to reach out to the MC4WP plugin developer about this issue.
