Beware – Pro Version Auto Renews

    This worked well enough that I ended up buying the premium version for a short term project, however be aware that it will automatically renew and charge you with no communication. While I found a way to cancel and have contacted them about a refund I wouldn’t recommend upgrading if you use this.

    Thanks so much for leaving us a review. We are sorry you had issues with our renewal process.

    It is pretty standard for premium plugins to require an annual renewal for support and updates like ours. This should have been made perfectly clear at the time of purchase. Furthermore we do email our users multiple times to inform them that the renewal charge is coming up soon.

    And of course we are always happy to process a refund, or do whatever else we need to to make our customers happy.

    It’s standard to require renewal for continued use, not to automatically bill, especially when it doesn’t say anywhere at the time of purchase that will happen or even that you’ll be saving the credit card info provided. It’s been two weeks and I received no response on a request for a refund. Not sure if you are shady or just lazy, but either way I’ll be avoiding your plugins in the future.
