Delete cache on one page hourly

I have a wordpress page using a page template that brings in info via an xml file using php. The data can change say every hour so I’d like to able to delete the cache every hour and start again for that page. or if thats not possible maybe the whole cache every hour.

I thought the preload cache may do this but that just will not work for me.

Any ideas?
