I can’t see your website because it is behind the “Coming Soon” page but if you’re referring to the title on a page like this – http://demo.lyrathemes.com/kale/page/2/?demo=small then it could be done only if you’d edit the appropriate theme file.

The title is already above the featured image on a page like this – http://demo.lyrathemes.com/kale/2016/06/11/food-photography/
