Hi, I set up mail using Easy WP SMTP. All test e-mails seem to come through fine. However, I’ve noticed that when form notifications come through (I’ve BCC’d our [email protected] e-mail via the forms) that I receive the notification for [email protected] and everyone else who is supposed to receive it in my webmaster box. They are also receiving the notifications. So we are all seeing multiple e-mails coming through for one form submission. Can you help me troubleshoot?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I am seeing this across multiple forms as well.

Hi, I don’t think this has anything to do with our plugin. Which contact form plugin are you using? Who is your host?

    Thank you

    Hi @mbrsolution ,

Our hosting is with inMotion, but our mailbox is managed on our secondary domain with Network Solutions.

As for the plugin, that’s a good point. I have to do some more tests, but I think it may be using the Piotnet Pafe Conditional forms. I reached out to them as well to see if I did something wrong or if they need to address an issue on their side.

You might have to get in contact with the administrators of your secondary domain.

Keep me posted, I am curious to know what the solution for your issue is.

    Thank you

I wanted to follow-up. It was an issue with that plugin. The developer made a change and we should be good to go now.

That is good to know 😉
