It says “If you like Shopping Mart theme, please leave us a ★★★★★ Rating, Huge thanks in advance.” no such nags.
You are using the older (first live) version. We have corrected dismiss button issue it January 5th new version. It is a mistake and please inform such issues in support forums.

OK. That’s not a valid reason. The user left feedback. You replied. That’s all there is to it.
A final note.
After rating this theme the ‘dismiss’ button still didn’t dismiss the notice at the top of my page in the admin area.
I deactivated it and still no luck. I deleted the theme and finally the dismiss button worked.
Before I did anything I checked for an update for the theme and there was none. I had the most up-to-date version from the start.
The reason I came to rate this theme instead of a support forum was because the notice said to rate it. I thought it might take care of the issue.
Its not hard to get a good rating from me, but having a notice that won’t dismiss bugging me for one isn’t getting you extra stars.
It’s a nice theme and I hope others make good use of it.

I have checked this child-theme and have to activate the main theme then the “Dismiss” button works but it’s not working with Child theme.
You should check yourself and Mika said well
