Minor issues with Plugin

In the sidebar, under where is says “By: Event Organiser”, how can i put the entire address together. I don’t want it as 5 separate arrows. That being said, the post code is not showing. Why is this?
P.S. if you can tell me which php file controls this, I can edit it myself.
When you are ordering a ticket, how do I remove ‘Please Select’ from the drop-down in the ticket registration menu? I just want it to say ‘Do you require transport?’
Under ‘Event Schedule Details’ in the sidebar, The first one has two calendar icons instead of a calendar and clock icon. How do I change this?. Also, the first section says “Start: ____ ” and “End: ____”. But the other sections don’t say this. Is it possible to remove the word ‘Start’ and the word ‘End’ and to also organise the time and date like the other three below.
Lastly, we want the registration form (Full name, Email, Phone number etc.) to show for 26+ and 26+ Unemployed, but we don’t need it for all the other ticket types. Is it possible to select which ticket type will have the attendee registration form?
