Login Not Working

    Hi.
    I enter the login information and click sign in but don’t open ticket system and log in page open again. Why is this happening? Wait for your support.

    Hello @ebrudag369,

    It may conflict with some other plugin or theme, you can troubleshoot this yourself by disabling all plugins and activating them one by one. This way you will find the plugin causing the conflict.

    If that does not resolves the issue. Please create a ticket on our support page. One of our agents will help you with this.

    Hi,
    Thank you for fast reply. I disabling all plugins and try again but problem not solved. May i be missing something in the settings?

    Hello @ebrudag369,

    Please create a ticket on our support portal.
    The alternate way is, you can use another login method. Other options are wordpress login or any custom login url. You can find this setting in Support > Settings > General > Default login.
