Open Collapse Not Working

    I am trying Resp. Acc. on a new web site that I am building and the Expand / Collapse feature is not working.

    I use this on another website that I own and it works fine. Both this site and the affected web site are running WP 5.3.2

    I have exactly matched the settings on the working on in the non working one. No luck.

    I do notice that the over all interfatce for the plugin is different for each even though the plugins are the same version . Not sure what that’s about

    hi @massaker ,

    i have tested it with divi theme vesion3.19.3 and it works fine..so it may be due to plugins confliction..please check by deactivating plugin if it works afer deactivation..and let me know..

    I have the same issue.

    On the site where it’s not opening, I have the shortcode placed inside a WooCommerce product description area. When I placed the same code on a normal page, it worked.

    Can you tell me some code I can add to enable the function of the accordion shortcode to work inside a WooCommerce product description area?

    hi @shmickmick2016 ,

    have you tried to dequeue some of the js in your woocomrece plugin…because it cause issue with woocomerce plugin..please trt or tell me which version you are using..

    Unfortunately I don’t know how to do what you suggested. I can tell you that I’m using WooCommerce 3.9.2 and Responsive Accordion And Collapse 2.1.7

    Any ideas?
