Disable loading external assets

Hi,
we are using your plugin as a German business, so we have to comply with GDPR. In that context we would like to disable loading external assets like font awesome and google fonts and use local hosted assets instead.
In our theme and other plugins there is a respective option I was not able to find in yours.
Could you provide me with a solution, eg. a code snippet for our functions.php to realise that requirement?
