Refund Request can’t be send

    Hi, when something is bought and you ask for a refund, it seems to be failing but after pressing “refund” button in order list, only the message “Refund Request can’t be send” is shown.

    It used to work. what could be happening?

    I dont see rae refund role for user, where is it?

    Hello @findlefish

    To work refund functionality properly you need to check 3 things

    1. Enable the refund check box
    2. Enter the number of days to set refund request
    3. Select the order status on which you want to show the refund button.

    And this Plug-in will work for all type of user role which is created by WordPress by default
