Vendor Capabilities

Hi there
Our vendors wish to sell coupons on our multi-vendor market place, however, at present, the issue we are having is that they cannot access the coupon codes once issues. We have used capabilities to add the coupons function to the vendor dashboard but now every coupon sold by a business appears in the coupon report, we want the vendor to only see the coupons for their business. Is this possible?

Thanks for the fast reply.
We have installed permissions as well.
So is it possible to do this for all users within a role, i.e. set it so that all vendor admins can only see content created by themselves, or do we have to do it user by user?
