    Hello!
I am seeing a handful of users’ reservations come up with empty details. When I dig in it does not look like they have an actual reservation but the system thinks they do.. this is problematic as we have weekly limits and, the empty reservations prevent new reservations to be made. There was no email to confirm however and no cancellation link, so it becomes a manual admin process..

    Thanks
    -Sam

    Hi,

Do you have the calendar field marked as required in the booking form?

    Related settings field:

In addition to that, do you have the captcha enabled in the form?

    Please check that.

Thank you for using the plugin!

@codepeople .. just a wrinkle and possible an enhancement.. I have two appointment fields in one calendar, one for 30 minute slots and one for 45 minute slots. If I make the appointment required for both, when a client only wants one, they are forced to choose another as well.

It would be great if in the use case where there are more than one appointment fields being used, I could have a form setting that would force “at least one” of multiple Appointment fields to be selected.

so for now, I can’t use the “required” setting here without breaking my reservations form.
