Contact form same style as registration from

    Hello,

    I searched high and low to create a simple contact form that has the same style (including privacy policy) as the UM registration form.

    I currently use Formidable but the form looks different, specially the checkboxes… I don’t like the mess of several layouts.

    Any idea how to accomplish this without too much coding? It would even be okay that “sending” would create a random user that holds in the profile the message…

    Might as well be a suggestion to the good folks of UM, include a form type that can serve as a contact form 🙂

    Thanks for letting us know. This has been added to the feature request list and hopefully, if more people requested it we’ll see if we can work on it in the next couple of weeks.

    For now, let’s wait for others if they’ve done similar customization and share the solutions in the forum.

    Hi Champ Camba,

    Thanks for reaching out. I’m happy to read it is on the potential new feature list.

    In the mean time I managed to duplicate the UM form 99% to Formidable by adding a lot of extra CSS… I’m quite happy with the result 🙂

    Still, it does not beat having it in UM so I can remove Formidable as plugin, the less plugins the faster TTFB 🙂

    Looking forward to upcoming releases.
