Could you send screenshots from your scan to show some more details on this find?
Also, can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

I sent the Diagnostics and forward the email as well. At the latest scan, I got more WordPress core file modified records as below.

Looks like you’re on WP 5.5.3. That could be causing these results.
Make sure that Wordfence is up to date and run a Standard Scan. Let me know if it still detects the same results.
