    Hi All,

    Have the following error as shown on the image. I do have Woo installed & Activated, and tried the regenerate as suggested in another post.

    Any ideas please?

    I cannot attach an image to show, but basically these word show up in a yellow box at the top ” WooCommerce is not installed/activated on your site. Please install and activate WooCommerce first”

    @davsas,

    Hi, there. Can you please go to cPanel/FTP and check the Plugins folder? Make sure that your ‘WooCommerce’ folder is named correctly or not.

    If so, and still seeing the error, please share a screenshot of your Plugins page through tools such as this: https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html
