can’t get into admin screen

I have been having so many problems transferring my site i designed in wordpress on my local computer to my web hoster servers. I followed there tech advice instructions to change the url of my blog site to the domain name i had purchased. Now it directs to an error page and I can’t get back in to fix it. Please help.
