Could you export your PopUp and we can take a closer look?

After exporting it, kindly upload on the google drive or any sharing service and send the link.

I only see this happening when we set the only # to the call to action:

But not to open a PopUp.

Let us know when you exported the PopUp.

Thanks for the file, but we will need access to see it. I’ve requested access for @incsub account. In case you don’t want to share any emails in the exported file, you can remove them from it from the email notifications and share it, without any sensitive information.

I have tested your popup on my site, but I wasn’t able to replicate this error. After the click, a popup opens without any error.
Can I see the error on your site? Would you point me to page where this popup is located?

Hello @tazcrzy,

Looks like you are trying to pass the Hustle shortcode in the anchor hyperlink which is not the correct way to do it in this case. Kindly change the hyperlink to # example:

clik here for your coupon code

Now navigate to your site wp-admin-> Hustle-> Pop up-> Edit popup-> Behaviour-< Popup trigger-> click-> Click on Existing Element and add .mtsnb-link and save the change.

The popup should now work. Do let me know if it does.
