I am testing rt media plugin to allow users to upload short videos to buddyboss.
It works fine but there are no thumbnails. I would like to use the first or any frame as a thumbnail or if this cant work set my own default thumbnail.

Hi @dshan,

Through rtMedia plugin videos uploaded will have default thumbnail. Please check the attached screenshot.

If you want to show thumbnails/set specific thumbnails to video/audio files then you can try our rtMedia Set Custom Thumbnail for Audio/Video add-on.
