Login problems

All of a sudden today I can not login, I have not changed anthing in these files, I get session expired, I can choose to send myself a new password but something like this is what I get.{3N3b3JkOiA2ZGNhMmYNCmh0dHA6Ly9jYWZlNzg5LmNvbS9reWxl
c19leWVzL3dwLWxvZ2luLnBocA==} I looked it up in my config file but that does not do the trick. Befuddled????

i wonder could anyone assist?

i cannot log in.
i keep requesting new passwords and receiving them.
none of them work.

it is something to do with the following message i also received?

I have the same problem! I deleted my cookies to enable sending referrer and now i cant log in!

Reset your passwords manually via phpmyadmin:

The above link mentioning resetting the password in phpMyadmin is NOT work. Same problem remains. Can someone please help? I am totally disabled right now. Can I at least decode the hashed password? I used to have a tool that did that.

I’ve used that guide myself in every version (today even with cvs code) and it works for me ………
