    A customer ordered from the platform he got a confirmation mail and later the order was cancelled and only on website

    Hi @manali77,

    Have you checked the order notes for the specific order to see the events leading to the order cancellation?

    Note that if you have a Hold Stock timeout (in WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Inventory), an order with a pending status will be canceled once the timeout is reached but payment has not been received.
