Status processing stuck at 0%

    Dear Woo Product Feed Pro,

    Many thanks for creating a great plugin, it was all working fine up until about a month but have now noticed then when we try ti do a manual update on the feed, the progress bar does not increase from 0%, and after a few seconds it disappears and the word ‘ready’ appears in its place.

    I cannot find an issue with WP-Cron (it is active) and I don’t believe there are any plugins that may be caching data.

    We’re also running PHP 7.2 (about to be 7.3).

    Would you be able to help us find a solution?

    Hi,

    Thanks for sending over the debug.log. Both feeds you configured stopped updating on January 18th already.

    Did you already try to de-activate and re-active the plugin as that will reset all WP cron hooks needed for the updating of your feeds?

    Hi,

    I did do that but it has made no difference.

    When I reactivate the plugin and refresh the feed, it still stays at 0% and does not update.

    Would it help if we updated the plugin (i.e. will that fix it?)

    Updating the plugin to the latest version always is a good thing to do, however I don’t think it will help with this specific issue.

    Would you be so kind as to share the content of your WooCommerce fatal error logs of today and yesterday? Perhaps it shows what is going on. This is where you can find those fatal error logs: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

    Hi,

    I seem to have the same problems now. My product prices on Facebook page are not updating. The feed status shows % then back to “Ready”. Before this it was OK. I only have 21 items. PHP etc is all up to spec. I’ve also tried deactivating & deactivating the plugin and also deactivated my LS Cache.

    Hi Peter,

    According to the debug.log your feed succesfully updated a lot of times today.

    See:

    [17 Mar 2021 04:34] => 21
    [17 Mar 2021 04:37] => 21

    [17 Mar 2021 06:18] => 21
    [17 Mar 2021 06:38] => 21

    So changes are you are still looking at a cached version of your feed. Did you also make clear to clear the caching of your browser?

    Hi,

    Yes, I’ve just emptied my browser’s cache again and tried. I’ve also tried to make a copy of the feed (disabled the original) and ran it a few times. The status still flashes at 0% and then goes back to ready. Please check the debug log, it shows more activity too but on FB shop page it’s still the old prices.

    Now I’ve just unchecked the “Refresh only when products changed” box & rerun the feed.
    Still the same.

    When you update your feed this does not mean the prices in Facebook change at the same time too. When you update your feed and you want those updates to also show in your Facebook catalogue then do a manual fetch/process in Facebook too. Did you do so?

    Also, did you check the content of your feed to see if the product prices in the feed updated and are correct?

    Hi,

    OK I didn’t do a manual fetch on FB side. I switched back to the orig feed and did the manual fetch. This time all the pricing is updated.

    The problem is solved.
