Installing Template Starter Plugin | Failing

Hey everyone,

so, I set up my domain and my hosting site with WP, and everything went fine. I was following a tutorial and I used the “Template Starter” plugin with the Astra theme.

The theme works fine when installing and other plugins seem to work fine, but the issue is that when I try to install this plugin I keep getting error messages.

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /srv/disk19/3806574/www/sjkkjsdkds.atwebpages.com/wp-content/plugins/astra-sites/inc/importers/batch-processing/helpers/class-astra-sites-image-importer.php on line 262

(Quick note: I can access the front end but not the back end)

I quickly Googled this and I had found a thread and it said that the plugin installation had become corrupted so I would need to remove the files and install it manually, but it still gives me the issue.

I found another thread and it told me to change this, and I made the change but I would get another error. After the first error, I couldn’t find anything to resolve the 2nd error.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
