    Hello,

    I’m receiving this error whenever I try to check if Google Analytics is properly configured.

    Invalid or missing web property ID

    Keep in mind that I have correctly entered the Google Analytics Tracking ID. As a result, it’s not tracking visitors.

    Hi!

    You’re using the G- tracking code, which is only compatible with Gtag V4.

    It you want to use analytics.js, you should look up your UA- tracking code. Otherwise switch to Gtag V4 under advanced settings!

    Hello,

    Thanks so much. The issue is fixed and now GA is working perfectly.

    One more question, I can see Gtag V4 is still in Beta. Are there any issues that may arise by using it?

    I don’t know, but I don’t think so. I’ve used it for a while, without issues. On the other hand, Google hasn’t marked it as beta for nothing 🙂

    Maybe you can find an answer to this on the Google Analytics support forum?

    Oooh I thought it’s your plugin that has the feature in beta phase.

    Good to know that it’s G4 that’s the one on beta.
