IMPORT client csv not working

    Hello
    When i clic on SALON and tools and IMPORT CSV button for importing clients
    nothing happen (i try with edge and chrome)
    How can i do ?

    Hi,

    try importing the CSV demo file and see what’s happen.

    Hello
    I can’t import because it’s the button witch doesn’t work ! When i clic on the button import nothing appears 🙂 No windows, nothing ! May be ajax problem or css ? I desactivate all and the problem is here again.
    I use ASTRA theme.

    Hi,

    the import tool works, try deactivating all your current plugins, and activate a WordPress standard theme and make a test.

    Also have a look at your developer console for possible JS errors.

    Hello the button dont work with me
    i tested all : desactivate extensions, change theme etc
    how to import manually ? thanks a lot

    Hello i just install a very new fresh wordpress installation with nothing and just salon free extension. I try on a windows computer with edge and chrome and android phone and iphone. When i clic on the button IMPORT CLIENT CSV nothing happen

    Ok I find the problem

    I have the french version of tool

    In english “drag your csv file here to import customers”

    drag and in french “déposer” it’s not exactly the same so i thought that i must click and a window appears.
