    Hi there,

    Thanks for using Podcast player.

I checked your website’s link. You are using Nitro CDN, which is changing the JavaScript loading sequence. Can you either disable the Nitro CDN and try again. OR at least make sure that podcast-player-mmerrorfix-js javascript should be loaded in the header.

Please inform me for more help on this.

    Thanks,

I’ll try to see if I can get that to work, but why all of a sudden? I’ve been using Nitro for awhile and the podcast player has been working fine until now.

    Hi there,

I did not make any change in Podcast player JS loading and other core functionality. So it should not have happened from Podcast player’s side.

    1. If you have recently updated podcast player, make sure to clear all the cache and rerun Nitro (It may be that Nitro is still loading the older stuff).

    2. If step 1 do not work, just check if you have made any changes in podcast player OR Nitro settings OR if you have updated Nitro.

Inform me for more help on this.

    Thanks,

I didn’t change anything. Nitropack is currently disabled and it’s doing the same thing. Can you reload the link I shared to see what I mean?

    Hi there,

THanks for disabling Nitro. I was able to check all JavaScripts. The error is not with Nitro (You can re-enable it).

You have a added an mp4 video “DROID DEPOT” on the page. This mp4 is changing JS loading sequence. In short, we have observed an error with podcast player when you added the mp4 file. This error was never reported earlier. To confirm this, can you please add podcast player to some other test page (Alternatively, remove the mp4 from the current page) and confirm that it is working?

I will try to fix this error and provide a solution in next one or two days.

    Thanks for your patience,

The issue is on every page that we have the player. This page doesn’t have an mp4 – https://wdwprepschool.com/march-trip-pregnant-daughter/

    Hi there,

I checked above mentioned page. The player is showing perfectly on this page (https://wdwprepschool.com/march-trip-pregnant-daughter/). Please clear browser cache and check again.

Please inform if you still see any problem on the page. As I mentioned before, I will be working on the error.

    Thanks,

Thank you. I commented out the video and cleared cache. It’s now working.
